Leading the way with Indigenous Youth Mentoring
Troy is developing an inhouse Mentors program to encourage and upskill young Indigenous staff while teaching them the electrical, solar and construction business.
Troy knows from experience that a strong line of communication is essential to a safe and healthy workplace.
He ensures senior staff regularly check in on every member of the team’s physical and mental wellbeing.
